Hi Everyone,

Well, I was on Perika 3 a day for about 8 or 9 days. I was also taking a bit of Paxil. However, I noticed that I started to get really fuzzy headed, and couldn't concentrate on ANYTHING. I remember getting this way before on SJW...so maybe its not for me.

I'm just going to keep taking my paxil, which works. I might try SJW again over the summer, when I have more time to experiment, since my depression can get really severe and I need something now.

Sounds like you know what works for you. Only thing I'd say is that the side effects of SJW tend to diminish or go away after awhile if you stick with it, same as with other antidepressants.
