i started taking sjw six weeks ago. for the first 3wks i felt much better happier. then i began to have headaches real bad ones which i dont suffer from usually. i stopped taking them after 4 wks and the headaches disappeared. i think the best way to deal with a fear or phobia is just go out and face it.its not easy and takes time as iv discovered but i think sjw did help me to get started.
