Just took SJW yesterday for the first time. They had a "buy one get one" thingy going on and I thought I'd try it! For the first time in weeks my heart STOPPED RACING and I was able to sleep through the night! Please Please tell me that this will last!!! I know its been only one day BUT I have been on so many drugs and I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANOTHER SSRI LIKE PAXIL, ZOLOFT, WELBUTRIN, EFFEXOR ETC!!!!!!!! I hate how they make me feel and I hate the side effects!! I've always felt that my problem has been anxiety more than depression. My therapist says that there is a fine line between the two. I've had several major events happen lately and she wants me to get back on one. I HATE them they just make me feel sort of "filtered" or "muffeled" I don't have the extreme lows but I don't have the extreme highs either. And forget about sex. I do feel like I need something and I am praying that this is the answer!

I usually go to a specialty vitamin store like GNC in the states but I got this at a grocery store where I live in North Carolina they had a buy one get one free offer. It's a brand called "Healthy Ideas" that's out of Chantilly, Virginia. Distrubuted by acompany called "Foodhold USA, INC" I know North Carolina and this area has gotten big in the herbal market...i.e. lots of farms growing herbs other than cannibus (sp)there's a physcian here that has started a company called "Revival Soy" that growns all their own herbs in the NC mountains. I still feel so much better...I am also taking Panax Ginseng as well as Ginko made by the same company. Work is more stressful than it has ever been and my co-workers are asking me what I'm doing to stay so calm! I am hopeful that it keeps working!!

Can you tell me where to go to find out more on the sjw "Healthy Ideas" that's out of Chantilly, Virginia. Distributed by accompany called "Foodhold USA, INC"
I didn't have a good feeling with the perika sjw is it possible for some to be stronger then others I want to go back on another sjw and give it another try.
Has any one just did one or two and gotten results

I bought it at a grocery store called "BILO" here in North Carolina. I tried going on line to see if they had a website and perhaps a "where to buy guide" but no luck. I don't know if you saw that I am also taking Ginko Biloba once a day (AM) and Panax Gensing twice a day (AM & PM) as well as the SJW 3 times a day. I found this book to be very helpful, it's called
"Healing Anxiety Naturally" by Harold H Bloomfield, MD. I bought it at Borders, it's probaly available at Amazon too.

did you start the ginseng at the same time as the SJW. I remember when I first took ginseng. . .it was an immediate upper. Do you think its the SJW working so fast or the ginseng?

I really don't know...I do feel so much better! I felt too high strung before. I just feel more even...less able to be ruffled by people or other situations. I did start taking the ginseng at the same time. I feel like I've had a good nights sleep every night this week!

Hi - I just read your post and was cuious how things are still going with your progress. I mainly suffer from anxiety with a little depression. I am right now looking at Zoloft pills hoping for relief, but have not liked what Zoloft has done for me in the past... was wondering if the SJW was still working well for you?
