I've been on SJW for about 3&1/2 weeks and after 3 weeks felt a lot beeter then had sort of a relapse into how I was feeling pre SJW. Has anyone else experienced this and will it level out after a longer period of time?

Yes I can relate to what you are experiencing. Stay the course and look for week #8 and beyond. There may still be some down days but the lows, for me have no where near the depth.
