Has anyone taken inositol with any success??
And how much do you take daily?

I have GAD, my mind races alot and i feel anxios sometimes, no panics yet!! but if i was put in a situation i didnt like then i would panic i know!!

Does inositol help for that mind racing thing?
Is it a serotonin problem does anyone know?
