I've been using SJW for about 3-4 weeks, and have been feeling a bit better. But I'm still sceptical as to if it's the pills or really me getting better. The past few days have been pretty bad, but it could also be from my PMS. If that's the case, then SJW and PMS do not go good together. I feel as though I'm starting over again. Back to page one when I was really bad. What is the meaning of life again...? I'll continue, but it's seeming like a vicious cycle...

Make sure you are using a brand that is standardized for .3% hypericin and 3 or 4 % hyperforin. The hyperforin is very important. Ive been reading about this product called Amoryn. Look it up. I have been using Solaray. Also consider adding a small dose of Sam-e.
