Topic Title: one word : Numb

I will not deny that SJW has helped my depression and anxiety (1 a day @ 3600mg). But i do feel the numbness, the sedation of my mind, i know something still may be wrong with me, be it bad memories lurking in the shadows, but i am blissfully able to ignore it because of the calming affect of SJW. Is it wrong to feel this way? I dont know, i would not want to stop taking it because of the depression that i know for a fact would return ( i.e. been off it before and depression comes back). But anyway...this is just my experience with it, not expecting any replies. I still feel sad, but the idea of sadness is blurry and i can't grasp onto it. Is that good? well it must be, as the anxiety has been supressed and i can do things that before i couldnt (walk down a street with people on it without panicking).. oh well...see what happens tomorrow.

yes.. I am quite suprised at the amounts people seem to be taking on this sight..So little compared to the amount i take. It is all in one pill. I take one at night before i go to bed. Brand is BIO-DESIGN..i get it in Australia...where i live.
I have taken lesser amounts before, but to no effect. This does help, and its convenient only having to take it once a day. Works for me.
