"Will I ever stop burning??" , Mon 17 Nov 10:45

Hey guys! I have been taking SJW (300mg 3x a day) for about two weeks now. I am definately seeing some improvement in my ability to handle my depression and avoidance...although it's just the beginning. :( Anyway, my biggest concern right now is the fact that I can't seem to stop getting sunburned. I know it seems really dumb but I live in Florida and it's always so sunny here and having a nice tan helps me feel better about myself. I have naturally fair skin, but I have never had a problem getting brown as long as I build up carefully. Since I started taking SJW, I have not been able to get tan, but I have gotten some pretty painful sunburns. Will that symptom ever go away if I am very careful?? If anyone has had a similar experience your input would be great! Oh yea - and I have been getting headaches pretty often too, I was also wondering if anyone knows any good tricks to get rid of them because I have a feeling they are from the herbs but I would really like to keep taking them. Thanks!!

I have just started taking Perika SJW. On the box it clearly states "CAUTION: Avoid execssive exposure to UV radiation e.g. sunlight, tanning when using this product." I have also read that SJW does increase sun sensitivity. I highly recommend you stay out of sun......I live in Fla too, and this is a concern to me as well....

Florida? Puh-shah! I live in The Valley of The Sun.

I'm a tanner, too, but since taking SJW I've noticed that I seem a lot more sensitive to the sun. I've been trying to keep of the sun because I work construction, so my tan isn't as dark as it used to be. I still notice that my skin feels different when exposed to sunlight, almost like it was burnt. I haven't tried any hardcore tanning lately, but I think I'm going to have to watch it when I do.

So much for my nudist club membership.

Don't know what to say about the headaches. Is there anything else that you are doig other than SJW?
