I have been taking SJW for a few months now with my daily vitamin. I take it everday but Sundays. I read in Earl Mindels (?) vitamin bible that it's a good idea to skip taking vitamin supplements one day a week. The last two Sundays I have had a very rough time falling asleep. In the 4-5 hours that sleep did occur, I had nightmares. I can think of nothing in my life that contributes to this except possibly the SJW. Has anybody else had this happen to them?

Take it with magnesium and see if that helps.

Are you speaking of the one day a week you DON'T take SJW??
When taking SJW initially sleep can be affected and yes, vivid dreams, but I can't imagine why (if this is what you mean) that it occurs on the Sundays you don't take it. Now with prescribed meds for depression, bi polar, anxiety, skipping a dose can cause a myraid of symptoms, some of which are restless sleep and "bad" dreams.
There are those who post here that have significantly more experience with SJW and effects/side effect that can possibly give you more in depth information.
Hang in there!
