Hey all. As far as I can remeber I've had episodes of feeling depressed like anyone growing up, nothing too extreme...just the occasional blues. However, lately I've been having symptoms of depression that have lasted for over 2 months now and I'm beginning to worry about myself.(mood swings, can't sleep, eating to much, not eating at all on some days, tired, cranky, crying over nothing..almost like i'm PMSing 24/7) Lately there's always something in my life that is bothering me or making me feel unhappy. I'm sick and tired of feeling this way and I want to try SJW, but i dont know how to go about it. What are some good brands? Do I sound like I have depression and should be self-diagnosing myself? Do I sound like I should seek therapy or a doctor? Please give me some advice I'd really apperciate it. Thanks Y'all.

If you have access to a doctor, by all means I think you should go. Do take what your doctor has to say with a grain of salt though, because sometimes they are quite wrong. Keep in mind, SJW has the potential to be a strong medication that can alter every area of your life. This can be a good thing, but it can also be quite an ordeal. Perhaps you might rather be more comfortable depressed? Not.

If you haven't already, I would recommend reading through a bunch of posts on these forums. That in itself was an education for me. I learned a lot of things, some big some small. One big thing I learned was that sjw or any other supplement ought to be part of a larger plan of exercise, eating right, living well, etc. A smaller thing was that Perika and Kira seem to be popular brands, with some research to back them up. Anyways, hope these posts help you. They have helped me, perhaps more than the supplements I am still experimenting with.
