I take 1 GNC concentrated 1000 mg capsule in the morning and one at night. Is that too much?

I have recently started taking 3 GNC concentrated 1000 mg a day. I was on 2 a day and really didn't see many results besides maybe being a little bit calmer. I have almost gone through the whole 60 capsule bottle and am starting to think maybe i need to try the gnc standardized type which i hear is the better of the two.

hmmm I noticed no one replied to your query, and I was hoping one of the more experienced folks here could give you some input. I do know the initial suggested dose is 300mg 3 times a day or all at bedtime.

What effects have you observed if any at the dose you are on????
