What a great site this is. It's been a great help in just realizing how many different brands are out there and each persons reaction to them. I ended up getting the Solaray one dailys. They are 900mg and claim to have a minimum of 4%hyperforin. I would like to know if anybody has had any luck with these. It's not a time released one but rather an all in one shot. I took the first with what seems to be no side effects. Some tiredness but who knows if it's from that. I think one of the keys to these herbs is that you have to want it to work for you. If you believe enough that it will help you may find it working sooner than you think. I'm taking these to try to help what seems to be a brain fog of sorts that has not gone away for weeks. Gets worst in social situations. Sort of like vertigo. One doctor told me it's allergies and another gave samples of Paxil. I think the St.Johns is a better way to go after reading the horror stories. It's a shame they give that stuff out like candy.

I strongly recommend Perika from Nature's Way. It is by far the best St. John's Wort supplement out there. It is the gold standard. It is standardized with 3% Hyperforin.
