I come across this site after searching on the net and I must say its great to see that other people are so willing to share their experiences. I was diagnosed last week as suffering from depression and my Doctor suggested trying St Johns as he is very hesitant about putting me on a prescription anti-depressant. I’ve been on them for 5 days and have been playing around with the dose as well. The directions on the bottle suggested up to 2 tablets 3 times per day and as I was feeling quite low, I decided to take that dose! Well what a shock, by Friday lunch I felt like I was bouncing off the walls. I didn’t have any on Saturday and started back on Sunday with 1 and then yesterday with 3 and today with 3 and am feeling a little calmer. My problem is mainly depression based on a lot of things that have happened over the past 2 years and things that I’ve had no control over. I am trying to get through this myself and I am hoping the tablets will give me the extra help that I need………
I just wondered if anyone else suffers from headaches and also from a heavy feeling around the neck and shoulders?

Hey! Yes, I have been suffering from headaches as well, not sever ones...just mild, annoying headaches. When I get stressed out they seem to get worse. I'm still not quite sure if it is from the SJW or not. I'm thinking they could just be tension headaches. Did yours start after taking SJW or did u have them before?
