Normally I take all of my SJW after dinner in the evening. Today I absent-mindedly took it all after lunch instead. An hour or two later I was hit by a wave of overwhelming fatigue. I slept okay last night, so I think it was probably because I took the SJW at a different time from usual. I guess I'll have to pay more attention to what I'm doing in the future.

It just goes to show that timing is important. If SJW is causing you to feel fatigued, a simple change in the timing of your doses could make all the difference.

I get a bit of temporary fatigue if I take more than one at a time. Tried taking all 3 just before bed, but a couple of times I've found I can't sleep because my head is a bit buzzy. So I take one when I get up, one in the afternoon, one in the evening and this seems to work well.

I'd just like to second that comment.... I have been trying Perika for a few months... tried taking it one pill three times each... felt tired.. then all at night.. felt terribly groggy thruout the day.. and cranky.. I figured one last shot.. took em all in the morning (after a little food).. and so far.. after almost a week.. I am feeling a bit better... feeling more awake not so groggy... not feeling like i still could sleep another few hours when it's time to get up..

I think too.,.everyone is different as to when the best time is.. not everyone will benefit from nightime.. or morning.. part of the trick is to experiment until you find the maximum benefit..

Your body has a natural slump in energy levels after lunch! dont forget alot of energy/blood is diverted to the dijestive areas after food.
