Hi 2all my fellow SJW users!
I am only able to call myself an SJW user as of today because i took my first tablet about 2hrs ago! A friend has recommended it to me and after 16 months of almost solid depression I'm willing to try anything, if someone said cat food on toast would help I think I'm desperate enough to try it! I have been prescrbed three different kinds on anti-depressants by my doctor but have decided it's better to feel bad all the time than to feel nothing which is all the anti-depressants did for me as well as all their nasty side effects! So here I go giving SJW a try. I think it will help me to write a journal using this fab website to chart how I am doing! Hope that is ok with you all! Wish me luck I'll keep you posted

How are you doing now? Are you still taking SJW? How much are you taking every day? Give it at least 6 weeks.

Hi Donald!
Thanks for your reply! I am doing ok! I am religiously taking my SJW 3 capsules 0.3% just after my evening meal at about 8pm. I don't know if its psychological or not but I am sleeping so much better! I am so grateful for that as my sleep has been of a very low quality and only about 4 hours a night but i have been sleeping 7 hours straight for the past 4 nights! The cat food on toast can wait a little longer I think!
I have a lot of dtuff to sort in my life which will be so much easier to do if I am not depressed!!! Most of it the reslut of being depressed int he first place but i feel I am doing the right thing by giving SJW a go! I am lucky in the fact that my local haelth food shop had SJW on offer at £6.99 for 200 capsules instead of £20.99 (i'm in the UK) so I've stocked up!
How long have you been taking SJW is it working for you?

Interesting that you are taking all three at one time. I know some people do that. I started with taking one three times a day. What brand are you using?

I am taking Herb Tech thay have a guaranteed potency and a Standardised Extract. I have been extremely tired for the past couple of days and don't know if it's me or could be SJW but I'm not giving up!
Hope things with you are ok. How long have you been taking SJW? Are you in the UK?

Alright JMD...just interested to see if you are still carrying on with he SJW? I am too in the uk and just about to start using SJW if i can gather enough info to persuade my messed up head that it wont do me any harm! im just about to go back off to uni and i can really do with out any crazy side effects in a place where i am miles away from *home*
I got a little better over the summer (still had the odd anxiety attack) but now with the prospect of going away again i can feel myself slipping back into a depression and ive already got a complete brain 'fog' every single day.
Any tips would be great!

Going to Uni is daunting to a 'normal person' never mind poeple like us! I tried it for a year alongtime ago but didn't manage to get any further!
I don't think this is the news you want to hear but SJW hasn't worked for me, I got worse I tried it up until last week and then jacked it in! But that doesn't mean it won't work for you! I'm doing ok at the moment. Wishing you all the best for Uni, Take Care of yourself cos no one else will!
