I have taken it for a week, and I'm faithful that it has kind of started working, because I have been alot calmer and have found that i haven't brooded over things like I normally do. I still have to stop the paranoia from creeping back in, and I think that I also have to change the way I think (e.g. feelings of insecurity, self-esteem, confidence etc) which i believe can only be done on your own. As for taking interest in life again, I'm afraid that I spent so long thinking that life wasn't worth living, that I came to believe it in a rational way. If I can change my mind, that will be the biggest victory! Let's see what happens after a couple of months.

Glad to here that it's starting to work :) and good luck with making your outlook better over the long term. Remember, old habits die hard so don't expect miracles to happen too quickly, every little improvemt is a step in the right direction.
Good luck, again :)
