I started taking St. John's wort yesterday as a means for trying to regain my moods (some pretty heavy experiences with depression and so on) and it's already giving me some midly strange results. Although what I was expecting to happen didn't happen, starting hours after taking the first few pills of it I started experiencing "blank convictions". That is, I would be 100% sure I've done something to only find out I really never did later. Although I forget to do things left and right I never develop false memories about it. I wonder if this could be happening because of taking gingko biloba pills along with the St. John's wort (as gingko biloba supposedly has an effect on memory and retention). Any suggestions/comments?
