I tried natures way sjw and i found that it make me very adjitated and twitchey... just though i would share that. I was taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night

Were you having muscle spasms? (?) If so, you may be experiencing serotonin syndrome (it's what happens when your serotonin levels get too high).
I think some anxiety is to be expected as your body adjusts to SJW (or any prescription SSRI, for that matter). I made a post yesterday about my anxiety experience with SJW - fun, fun, fun! :-)
How long have you been taking it for? Is your SJW at the 0.3% standard concentration? (?) Are your capsules 250mg, 300mg? (?)
BTW, I am by no means a doctor - just trying to figure things out!

It was like a restless feeling and my arm was twithcing. and ot felt like i always had to be moving

Hmmm... I think I had a similar thing happen - I just felt REALLY anxious and jittery. I also wasn't able to sleep and was irritable. I was taking 4 x 300mg all at once before bed.
SO... I reduced my dosage to 3 x 300mg... I take two before bed, and one shortly after waking up in the morning.
MUCH better!
