I began taking the full dosage again of sjw the other day ..i stopped due to the cramps..gave my body some time to adjust to it .... I take them at night ..i woke up the next day with very mild cramps and the last 2 days no cramps at all! yayyyy! Its been the ONLY side effect.
There is a differnce going on My partner noticed the other day and metioned that i havent been so snappy. I'm definitly not feeling so down. and i been through pms last week and made it through without hiding under the covers !!!
my Laundry is done..my floors are clean and showers are happening with little effort. So far so good !
