I forgot to write that I have also been exercising regularly with weight training for the last 3 years or so. I have found this helps too to keep the depression away. I exercise for at least 1 hour and at least 3 times a week (alternate days). I use two different machines including a home gym and a versa climber, a barbell set and dumbells. Usually in the late afternoons (6-7pm) but some times in the mornings. I am also careful with my diet and avoid fatty stuff. My weight is within normal limits and exercising has helped strengthen my body and stamina.
