I started taking SJW a little over 4 months ago. I was suffering from depression & anxiety & was totally stressed out. I got to the point that I knew that I needed to take something, but was fearful of antidepressants. When I heard about SJW, I decided to give it a try. It took about 5 weeks before I noticed any real effects; but what a difference it has made in my life. I'm feeling GREAT!

what brand do you take. Did you notice you would have good days and bad days before it really started to kick in.

I take the Vitaplex brand; in addition to the SJW it also contains some coessential factors. I got it at a health food store. The owner is a herbalist & recommended this brand. I had some good days, but mostly bad ones, but at that time I was just starting to admit that I even had a problem, & that was a lot for me to deal with.
