I can't believe it! I started taking St Johns Wort a few days ago, and today, for the first time in at least 6 months I am happy!
Its incredible! My anxiety is almost gone too!
I did have a few side effects the first few days though. Insomnia and fatigue being the main to, with slight dizziness (due to the insomnia and being overworked I'd say) Also I feel quite drunk from just a few drinks.
I am only taking one tablet per day of Blackmores Hyperiforte, because the 3 per day suggested dose was too strong, and made me feel very out of it.
Thanks to this website for all the information. If I am feeling this much improvement already, from such a low dose, then I can't wait till a few weeks from now!

Hi-
glad to hear you are feeling much better; it's a real revelation when that happens - I found the same immediately as I started SJW. I also had bad insomnia to start with (as you can see from all the desparate posts I put here) - so just in case the insomnia does get to you, DON'T WORRY - it goes with time.
The world indeed is not as bad as I thought, and I am saying that 5 weeks on. Tis good stuff.
