I have been taking St Johns wort for three weeks now. I had been taking the full dose in the mornings but found it made me too tired. After finding and reading this site. I tried taking it at night. Found out that it didnt work as well for me. I now take one in the morning and one later in the day... And none at bedtime. I think user have to try whatever times work best for them. I do think that it works.. After years of being depressed and trying doctors, and there medicines. I find that this is a natural, better way for me too feel better. I hope to see great results as time goes on. I know that my family and I deserve for me to be happy.. I think with time and being patience and listening to my body. That this will work for me. Thanks for a place to voice my thoughts.
