I havent taken SJ before (Ive got 200 x 300mg) and the side affects worry me. Ive been suffering from bearable MD for a long time, does anyone know how affective it is? Especially whether its good at reducing obsessive compulsive behaviour and making the patient relaxed. Comments on dosage appreciated too.

Be careful, and check with your physician first! Most antidepressants are usually NOT to be taken without mood stabilizers, if you suffer from bipolar disorder: the risk of triggering powerful manic episodes is high. I'm only depressed, but had some brief hypomanic episodes when SJW started to kick in. So please, play it safe! You should also see Kelly's FAQ entry on this.
