I have tried every single anti=depressant and cannot tolerate the side effects......just started sjw and am amazed..in three days I am feeling better....and am very hopeful that for the first time ever I can climb out of the hell I've been living in my head.....however, on day three I have been very bloated and have some GI problems (extreme gastritis).....has anyone else experienced this...and do you think it will subside?

You may have to back up a bit and start the SJW a little slower, using a smaller dosage. You could try building up to a full amount over a few weeks and see if that helps. Many folks have stomach upset at the begining, but most seem to get over it in a short time. If the smaller dosage doesn't help you might try a different brand of SJW. As a last resort you could try other natural remedies, Sam-e, 5htp. Keep trying, something will work. This forum lists many different methods of self help.

many thx for being kind enough to write back...getting stomach back to normal...couldn't stop crying....will try agasin in a few weeks...maybe liquid sjw...it worked so well....am so dissapointed...also ordered some 5-htp transdermal stuff.....perhaps that will work..i just know this is not me, and that its biochemical....i will never give up....thx again...very very much...

Where did you find transdermal 5-htp?
