Hi
I have been taking SJW for over a year now, however i continuously experience mild panic attacks and anxiety, I seem to worry all the time that something "bad" might happen. As i have read the postings in the 5 htp section of the positive results many of you have experienced, I would be grateful to know if it is safe to take daily my regular intake of Kira SJW and 50 mgs of 5HTP.
I would be really grateful for any advice.

I take 900 milligrams of St. John's wort a day with 50-100 milligrams of HTP and have had no bad effects. The first couple of days I was little sleepy at work but it subsided.

The 5HTP has really helped my body aches but I also take other supplements for joint problems.

I find that the combination of SJW and 5HTP has made me a much happier person. Do I feel like this is fake sometimes? Who cares? If a vitamin that I can buy at Costco or Savon or wherever can correct a chemical imbalance in my brain and the quality of life is better, so be it.

I've never been happier. Do the SJW and the 5HTP, you won't be disappointed.

HI! I quit taking celexa 3 weeks ago and began taking an sjw ****tail with b vitamins, valerian and kava. I then read that 5htp taken with sjw may work better so i began taking 5htp about 4 days ago - 200mg a day. since you have experience with taking them both, is this too much 5htp. i have noticed some fatigue and that i seem easily agitated.

I personally think 200MG of 5HTP is way too much. I tried 100-150 and even that was too big of a whammy for me.

I'm at 50MG per day and that seems to work quite well for me. I still agitated in traffic and sometimes have little "temper tantrums" but they aren't as frequent and I'm definitely not as angry.

I don't know your religious aspersions but I find meditation on a daily basis and chanting really helps me, even if only sitting in silence for 5 minutes. We are so used to chatter, hurry sickness and constant busyness that we don't listen to our inner voices.

By taking the supplement it allows me chill out long enough to do my meditation and chanting on a regular basis. I hope this helps.
