Hello there. This is my first day of taking St Johns Wort and am going to read through as many of the posts in the discussion forum as possible.My reasons for taking it are for sadness and anxiety following a relationship breakdown. I know its early days for taking SJW, but posting this is stopping me from contacting the person who has contributed to my feelings of "if only" and "what if". I cant see a happy future at this time Im afraid, yet have everything going for me,in a way. Sorry if this sounds jumbled, but thanks for reading this anyway.

Hello, I am in the same boat. (been taking sjw for ~1 month.)
Even if sjw is psycho-symatic.. I am finding it is important to accept that happiness may be a some time in coming.
When it does, that happiness may be different. Physical, emotional, spiritual, even introspection and solitude has appeal.
Each relationship is unique. Don't try to change who you are because a relationship is not working out. People talk about fate and destiny, I believe in balance. Be yourself, give as much as you want, accept what you are given, but if the scales tip too much, it is time to let it go.
