I have noticed from reading about other people's experiences with SJW that they usually take a dosage of 300mg or 600mg my bottle says 3600mg could it be that I have been taking too much. I take two tablets a day.

Look at the Standarized dosage in your bottle, that should tell you the correct mg amount. thanks
