I have been taking SJW twice a day for the last 24 days and have decided to stop taking it today following three fatigue filled days. I found I had to take three or four naps a day. I also felt nausia and therefore have decided to quit. Another minor side effect was burning eyes about 20minutes after taking the tablet.

Hi
This is my second time on SJW I take three aday and have done since before Christmas. It is working althoughthe fatigue is a big thing. I take one in the morning, one when I get back from work and one a few hours later. I sleep which is a godsend and am having counselling. It takes off the raw edges althoug I still have my down days and tears, but it is like it is slightly numbed. Living with a husband who is ill and putting up with incredibly cruel inlaws has pushed me into dark tunnels I did not know existed. I also have a son with a possible heart defect, so life has thorow quite alot of S*** at me, but SJW and a little help from somebody bigger and stronger, is definetly helping. Being tired is better than being nothing. Hope

I've been taking it for about 3 wks, and have recently been feeling quite fatigued. My eyes are a bit irritated as well. It's kind of weird that I'm feeling these effects, but overall, I'm not sure I'm getting a lot of anti-depressant effect.

Is it possible that something other than hypericin/hyperforin (or however you spell them) causes the side-effects? If so, maybe I'm getting the unwanted effects and not the wanted one.
