Hi all,
I must admit that SJW really help depression as I had tried sometimes ago. Although much has been said about the minimum side effect, I am still a little concern. It could be my depressive mood is not totally eradicated.
Now, I would like to find out any body there know someone being healed by SJW? If yes, how long is the medication period.
Recently, the depressive mode come back after I was retrenched. I was always worrying about my future despite being compensated a rather fat amount.
I took one pill of my left over ( expired ) SJW and felt better after a day. I took one today and felt at normal mood.IAfter reading this forum content, I desided to be a member and share our experience together. I hope all of us will be healed one day.
Btw, don't take KAVA2 as I heard it causes liver problem and was banned in certain countries.

I don't know of any evidence for any medication curing depression. Its possible that it can give you a new perspective on life by being happy for a while, but it depends on the person. Most professionals would say Psychotherapy is necessary for any real healing to occur. Anyone could benefit from psychotherapy though, if you ask me.
