Dear Kelly, I started taking sjw six weeks ago and it is working really well for me. Thanks so much for your site as without it I would have no idea as to dosage and length of time to take sjw before it works. I also agree very much with what you have written about unhappiness and depression. I have experienced both and although they overlap I think they are different things. I was sexually abused by my father as a child and have done a lot of therapy as a result, but at times I have also experienced depression which seems to be nothing to do with this abuse and fels somehow chemical. Over the past eight years I have taken different medications, some of which helped for a while, but all had some problems. I initially took prozac which made me a bit manic but just stopped working quite suddenly after six months. Recntly I had avery bad bout of depression lasting six months. I was reluctant to take medication at all and when I did try I experienced terrible anxiety first with prozac and then with seroxat. I was feling pretty desparate as you can imagine and worried as although I have a very supportive doctor she doesn't know about sjw. So thanks again for your pages. When I first took prozac it took effect in three days and most medicines work very quickly on me, so it was really helpful to discover from your site that I might have to wait up to six weeks and I did. My doctor is also supporting me in taking sjw, it seems to be a gentler route for me and so I feel very optimistic about it.
