"1 month on sjw" , Wed 27 Nov 10:34:

Hi All,

I have been taking sjw for a month now.

Week 1, I noticed a little improvement. I took 300mg a day.

week 2, A little better than the first, taking 600mg a day.

weeks 3-4, feeling quite a bit better, still taking 600mg.

This week, I have been feeling like crap. Don't know if it's because I drank a little on the weekend, or I'm not taking enough, or what.

Any suggestions?

thanks
george

George- I think depression is about like the weather. It's always changing. My only suggestions would be pretty basic. Exercise, Eat a variety of meats-fruits-vegetables, take a multiple vitamin, keep your mind and body active. Moderation in all things, good and evil. Too good can be boring and too bad can be dangerous :) Hang in there, the bad days will turn into good ones, eventually :)

Try taking 3 x 300mg of a really good brand. Also B vits and Omega 3.

It's so hard, but the good days will outnumber the bad sooner or later.

Take care

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "a really good brand"?
