Well, it's day 4, and I'm feeling just a bit better. Although I am still depressed, my mood is lifted a little. I'm not as stressed out as I usually am on a Saturday morning. It's only early in the day though, and I haven't gone out, so I'll have to see how I am later. I'm learning to drive in England (I'm American) this weekend and that is going to be a big stresser, although strangely at the moment, I'm still calm at the thought of it. I have dreaded doing this and have been very nervous about it.

For the first 2 days of taking SJW, I felt very low and depressed. I don't know if it was just me or if SJW had anything to do with it.

Since the first day, I've fallen asleep very easily which is very different as I usually have trouble. I have to take 5 pills to get the full 900mg dosage, so I've been taking 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 1 in the evening, a couple of hours before bed. During the day I am tired but that could still be from the depression, and boredom.

Just wanted to share that with ya!

Well the driving itself was ok, the good thing is that I didn't panic! I was nervous, but calm, and not freaking out like I normally would. I only drove around a parking lot LOL! I'm not insured to drive this car on the road. My husband says I did well, but I am worried about getting used to shifting with my left hand :-S

Today I feel better than usual too. My anxiety is definately easing. That is great that you have had no depression. Good luck with everything :)
