So far I feel a little more relax but I'm not sure if it's from the SJW since it takes at least 2-4 weeks before you feel anything. The only side effects for me has been that I've been a little more sleepy but that has helped because It's hard to get to sleep at night for me anyway. I'm in my 30's and was very happy to find this site because all of the messages have been helpful. My therpist suggested that I try Med. but my prefrence was SJW because the other Med. out there seem to have to may negative side effects. I pray this will help along with therapy. Sometimes, it gets hard trying to explain how you feel to someone who has not "idea"!! It feels good to know that someone else gets it(Smile) I would like to get any suggestions or just some support thank you.

Been on SJW for just over two weeks now & understand why you're sceptical about whether its the SJW or just that you're doing something about your life that's relaxing you. I actually felt moderately stoned for my first week and it was pointed out that a joint would be cheaper. Ah well.
Never ming the mess my life is in - what about how much it took out of me to say that I couldn't cope...that I no longer thought I was smart and introspective enough to fix what was wrong with me without outside help??? This bit of bruising to my ego is better than the random spurts of undirected rage/hopelessness/blah/blah/blah.
almost wish I wasn't getting my first decent sleep in months - the neighbour's cat brings me his fresh kills as tokens of love now that its summer again and I've been sleeping straight through the sound of him sneaking with his gifts.

Thank you for your response because the tiredness have been a small concern. My eyes are using feeling heavy usually until early afternoon. But my mind has not been racing thinking of too many things at once. That strong desire to fix just about everything or just worry about it. That has slowed down alot so I'm hopeful for the future. So what's positive about SJW in your perspective in reference to you life or is it too soon to tell. Thank you again.

Us head-cases need to stick together in case the men in white coats come for us ;-)
I now someone who went on Prozac and LOST his personality (no, really, gone, poof!)within a few weeks, so feel lucky in comparison. Compared to his Zombie-boy routine, I MUCH prefered him f**ked-up.

meaning as far as you body getting used to something new goes, better a few days of being sleepy than long term mental and emotional flat-lining, which is what this guy I know on Prozac went through.
