Hi, I just started taking SJW 4 days ago. Im feeling good ,but Ive noticed I havent felt like eating at all! Has anyone else felt this way? I had a headache but its gone now. Overall In feeling more calm and stable so far

LOL! Just the opposite for me. My appetite is huge and I rarely get full. Another person said the same thing. I'm going to take 5-HTP soon to help control my appetite. Are you taking 5-HTP along with SJW or just SJW alone? I know 5-HTP curves your appetite.

No I just took SJW alone. But the lights are looking real bright today Ive gotta keep wearing sunglasses even inside it was crazy! Still didnt wanta eat today but gave it ago!
