| |  "Reducing amount of SJW"

About 8 months ago I started taking SJW...300 mg., 3 times a day. I went to twice a day after about 4 months. I am now taking 1 pill (300 mg) on odd days and 2 pills on even days.
Obviously, I am trying to reduce my dosage hoping to get the same effect.
Does anyone else have any experience in reducing the dosage of SJW while continuing to take it? I like SJW and plan on taking it for a long time. I don't have any real side effects. But hoping that the effect stays with me even by reducing the amount.
