Important B Vitamins (for depression) are B3 (which converts L-Tryptophan to 5-HTP) and B6 (which converts 5-HTP to serotonin). Shop around for complexes that contain higher amounts of B3 and B6, or, better still, buy some straight B3 pills and some straight B6 pills.
