Just wanted to say hello since I'm new (started SJW yesterday after reading this site and many others) and that I think this is a great site! Not only is it very informative, but the sense of having people know, at least partially, how you feel is a real comfort and even therapeutic in many ways.
I'm actually feeling better about things just from visiting this site and knowing that I can keep feeling better, hopefully, by treating myself with SJW and/or other natural sources.
I'll keep you all posted on my progress and just for the record, I am taking two capsules (when I first wake up) of "Nature's Resource", standardized, 450mg w/ 2.7mg Hypericin (bought from my local CVS drugstore in the US).
Thanks for the site Kelly and may we all feel better and keep feeling better about being the good people that we are.

Yes it is a great site.
It's putting me on the road to to better things.
Since I first come here it convinced me to try SJW.
I'm now on week two, and things are slowly getting better.
Still early days but its getting there.
