Hi Everyone,

I'm a student who normally isn't depressed at all but I've had so much stress over the past 6 months that I've noticed lasting changes in my mental state... confusion, irritability, anxiety, lack of drive...

I just had my first SJW pill (Kira) about 2 hours ago, and I feel a little weird... my neck feels a little tight and warm... and my whole body feels a little warm as well... my heart seems to be beating a little faster and harder... is all this normal? Also, I've heard that it's impossible to have any kind of immediate mood improvement but I think I feel better already! (less anxious, more relaxed, more alert, and more like "myself") Is this possible or is it just my imagination?

Hi! I think what you are experiencing is normal. Usually heachaches and heart beating faster are amongst the first side effects with SJW. Good luck and stay with it! I started feeling better on my 3rd day of taking SJW.
