Hi My name is Sophie and I'm a 34 single parent with 3 teenage daughters. I have never wanted to admit to anyone that I have even entered into the realms of depression, so this is a big step for me. The last years have been tough and I have found myself in the pit of despare for too long. It was time to do something. I am going to give SJW a try. Hopefully, with that and God I can get myself together, so that I can live my life to the fullest and raise my VERY exsausting (hehe) teenagers! ps:my mom has cataracts...so did her mom...should this be a concern?

Hi! I too am just starting out with SJW. I hope it helps because I hate those prescription anti-depressants!

I just wanted to say that I have now been taking SJW for about 2 weeks. My first week was crazy. I had a bout with the flu. I was waking up with a headache that just droned on all day. ( I have never had headaches in my life), and I felt groggy and listless, all that combined with lots of stress at work and at home made things kinda tough on me. Now into my second week I can truly say things are lookin better.I know that you can't just give up when things get rough and stickin it out is worth it. The headaches are gone, and I actually feel some energy coming back. I also can't believe, I feel a little more hopeful, and I see the sun shining outside again....maybe this works....will keep hanging in there. YOU too!!

I had a similar experience to yours in the beginning. The headaches and fatigue, not the flu. The flu may have been a coincidence or it may have been related to SJW's marked anti-viral properties...who knows?
I feel awesome now after about 4 weeks of treatment.
