Hi Everyone,
First of all thanks a zillion for this great website. I start researching for the SJW on the web right after i bought my first bottle of SJW. After reading all the success story, I started to talk 300X3 per day prescribe. It has beeb 1 week since i first took my SJW. I must say that I do feel better nowadays, but i rather wait untill another week before concluding anything. But one thing for sure I don't think I will stop taking SJW for time being.
Just one thing bothering me... it is the headache. It has been a week and the headache still the same. Anyone out there feeling the same? will it stop after 2 or 3 weeks?
please advice

I had some headaches when I started SJW
4 weeks ago, but not for an entire week.
Certainly, if that is continuing, seek
the advice of an herbal practitioner
or doctor (who is well versed in natural
medicine) If you cannot obtain names in
your local yellow pages, seek a local natural
food store...they often have excellent referals
of people in the "biz"...i would also like to add
SJW is truly amazing. By taking a multi faceted
approach to depression I believe most people can
conquer depression...you are on the right path !

Hi NatureMOM,
My headache has stopped now. But I am still waiting for the effect to kick in. been almost 2 and 1/2 week. I am hopefull. Should I take additional suppliment with SJW?

Hi,
Many people here have noticed headaches for the first couple of weeks on SJW, me included. Don't worry, they are only temporary and become less and less frequent after the first couple of weeks.

Hi Juju,
thanks for the reply. I am really hoping that the headache will go away.It does not bother me so much..just irritating. Usually how long we have to wait untill we see real result?

A QUESTION FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO GET 'SJW HEADACHES'
Are you addicted to caffeine by any chance?
