I took 3, 300 mg. of sjw a day for several months. Now I am only taking 2, 300 mg. pills a day. Still feel ok. Has anyone else lowered their dosage? How is it working?

Hi Donald,
I have also found that after some time it works better if the dose is reduced. I think maybe after time something builds up in the body and then you need to reduce the dose to get the same effect. I can often work with only a tenth of the dose these days.

Thanks for responding. How long have you been taking SJW and what did you reduce it from and to what level? How many mg?

I really appreciate your experience.
