SJW just started (3rd day). I ask my psy for an alternative to Seroxat and he pointed me to Zibrine (SJW).
But after the 2nd day I have constant splitting headaches. Is this common with SJW ? What can be done ? Will it get better or should I stop taking it ? Also some muscle pain in left arm en hand ?
I am currently at 2 capsules a day . Don't know the exact dosage have to check at home.

I'm also two weeks on Zibrine now. I also have light headaches sometimes and I feel strange sometimes (seems as even more depressed). Is that normal or does it gets better the longer you're taking it?

Hi there am on Zibrine now for a year upped the dose to 3 a day. Headeache will go away after a few days. feel strange somedays also detached and more depressed but it does not last long. am more restless now

hi. some people say they get headaches for side effects. but on the bottle it says it helps to relieve stress headaches. i have had very few headaches since taking it. i take 3 a day. one at each meal. and my skin is very sensitive to the sun now. gotta dab on sunscreen even for 30 min outside.
