Just found this site. It's terrific.
I'm surprised I don't see any mention here of SJW's anti-viral effects on cold sores / herpes.
I used to get a few outbreaks a year, and haven't had one in two years, since being on SJW. I use New Chapter SJW, the once-a-day with standarized Hyperforin.

Yeah, that is a good point. I have noticed that I have not had an outbreak for 6 months and have been on SJW for seven months. Hmmmm. Anyway, I am about to stop SJW. Time has come. :-)
