I've been using SJW for over a month now and I can't honestly say it's given me the kind of boost I was looking for.
That in itself is a little disappointing but I will struggle on regardless.
I'm going to move onto HTP 5 in the hope it might reiginite my desire to move my life forward.
Has anyone moved from SJW to HTP 5 in the same way and has positive results??

yes! sjw also did very little for me.
so i switched to 5htp and i found the
effect to be *much* stronger. also
with more side effects though. don't
believe the fanatics claims about no
side-effects. if you get no side-effects,
the drug isn't working.

Can you tell me how you went from st. john's to 5-htp? I'm on St. John's 1800 mgs. but it's beginning to loose its effectiveness. I was told to alternate the two. Stay on St. John's for 4 months and 5-htp for 2. Did you slowly taper off St. John's while beginning the 5-htp, or did you do the scary thing of completely going off the St. john's and wait 2 weeks before going on the 5-htp?
Also, what ARE the side effects of 5-htp. I'm always nervous when I'm about to try something new.
