Dear kelly,
I have had chronic fatigue syndrome for 8 years and was diagnosed with everything but that for 6 of those years...I ended up on prozac for depression when I was 19 because my quality of life had disappeared into non-existence...I hated it and quickly turned to an alternative that being SJW.I found it calming and steadying and it has come to my rescue during crucial periods of stress or bad periods of chronic fatigue when my body is in a state of incessant anxiety and fatigue.I have just given birth and I personally do not believe thta herb used in moderation that is good for me could be bad for my baby when there are alot worse things in this world that I am ingesting every day that he is getting through my milk...however,I have broken out in a rash for the first time ever!And it is on my breasts and is spreading up my neck.I suspected that it was either SJW or a washing powder but the latter is just too unlikely and I have been taking SJW from about the time I developped this rash.Did you know that it is on prescription only now in Ireland?
