I was using a different brand of saint johns wort which I finished but can't remember which one it was. I just bought a brand called Nature's way and I started it from yesterday. I noticed extreme sleepiness on it. I was wondering if anybody else has had any experience from switching brands and if the symptoms of tiredness are temporary. If not, what should I do since I can't remember which brand I originally had...although it was great and I've already thrown away the bottle. I just went to the store and picked out what the I described above. Is this temporary feeling, or am I just adjusting to a different formulation? Please explain..thanks.
