I am a new SJW client. Its been only a week and I am experiencing some fine effects. I have been battling insomnia for many years. I can always fall asleep,staying asleep is not always possible in fact its very rare. Finally i realized that I must be dealing with a depression. My plan to see my physician did not work, so I decided to try SJW and I am so glad. The second day I started to experience a calmer general attitude and at first I was able to awake and return to sleep easily;however the pass few nigts I am having a few problems,but Iplan to hang in there. I will also take 660mgs in the evening and skip the midday dose,I appreciate any feedpack.

Hi Babs,
I've been taking SJW for about a month now and have found great results. Although I don’t know what your side effects are, I believe SJW takes from a week to a month to level out and "kick in" so perhaps the side effects you've been feeling are part of this process. When I first started taking SJW I felt weird. It took me some time to adapt. I had never been without depression and I had become so used to it I didn't know what it was like not to be depressed…then suddenly with SJW I was free of my depression. That can throw anyone off...I think.
