Hello! I'm new to the board and researching which brand of SJW to take. I'm considering two - HBC Protocols and Perika - and can't decide which to get. Has anyone ever considered taking both? What about mixing both brands in your daily dosage? Would this be a bad idea?
Please share your experiences with either brand, especially if you have compared the two. Thanks so much!
