Hi all,
I have just started taking Kira SJW (have been taking 3-a-day instead of the recommended 1-a-day) Have only been taking it for 6 days and im sure it is making a difference (have only had a few panicky/anxious moments unlike normal)... anyway, it obviously works out pretty expensive so having read a few posts on here I have just ordered Healthspan which is just sooooo much cheaper - I got it from healthspan.gg
Does this work just as well and am I correct in thinking I will need to take 3 a day with this too?

Hi, I had a similar experience with a purchase of St Johns Wort from Poundland.
Although it said it had 300mg of SJW it only contains 180 mcg of Hypericins which is only 0.06% (almost a placebo) !!
Good SJW needs to be 'Standardised' SJW with 0.3% of hypericins.
I placed an order with healthy.co.uk which appears to be good quality with FREE delivery, but it usually takes about a week to deliver.
In the meantime, I bought 'Good'n'Natural' available from Holland & Barret at £12.99 for 100 vegetarian capsules, I've been taking it for two days now and realise it takes about 2 weeks to kick in the blood circulation.
